Quality Manager-Las Vegas, NV (FS #1829)

Letica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team food service packaging division in Jean, NV. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Maintenance of the Quality Operating System

·       Reporting on the overall performance of the QOS system: make recommendations, implementations, improvements, and ensure compliance for thin wall plastic, printed plastic, and paper cups

·       Leading and supervising a team of Quality Technicians that report on multiple shifts

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with quality control administration in a manufacturing environment
• 2 years experience in Statistical Process Control and knowledge of various other quality principles, concepts, and systems
• Experience with data collections, measuring devices, record controls, & resin monitoring
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have previous experience in dealing with customers
• Prefer Six Sigma Green Belt certification with Mini-Tab Program familiarity
