Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing effective leadership and program direction to the quality resource management division of the Quality Management Services Department.  Provides for the development, coordination and integration of both the quality and utilization management activities within the pavilion.  Acts as an information resource for committees and departments.  Works with all Medical Staff Services, Nursing and Allied Health and/or Support services to ensure successful resolution and outcome.  Assures that an effective educational program exist within the division that will demonstrate professional competency.  Skilled in a leading a diverse group of individuals performing a variety of functions.  Serves as a change agent.

Qualifications:

BSN required; Masters degree preferred 

Licenses and Certifcates:
Registered Nurse

Work Experience:
Five (5) years clinical experience with at least three (3) years in hospital related quality assessment and performance improvement program development inclusive of medical staff performance improvement.

Three (3) years management experience required.
