Key Role:
Provide logistical, scientific, and consulting support as part of a comprehensive quality system initiative at a government client. Manage production schedules and facilitate technical discussions with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality and timely reagent production. Maintain responsibilities, including procedure analyses and revisions, technical communication with internal and external SME's, development and implementation of production schedules, tracking, and prioritization and mitigation of risk.

Basic Qualifications:
-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment 
-Experience with developing and implementing management systems and process improvement in a scientific environment required
-Ability to obtain a security clearance  
-BA or BS degree
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in management preferred
-Ability to be a self-starter and function independently with limited oversight 
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Ability to meet evolving client needs and be flexible
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Chemistry, Biological, or a science-related field preferred; MBA or MA or MS degree in Chemistry, Biological, or a science-related field a plus
