Quality Specialist - CMMI

CGI is looking for a Quality Specialist to join a large and growing project with a long-standing client in our Baltimore office. The project provides much needed IT systems services in the Medicare community utilizing Mainframe technologies and has high visibility across the country for the 65 million users of Medicare.

The Quality Specialist monitors quality metrics and analyzes the data produced by the metrics. S/he
communicates with the ESD Program Management Office (PMO) and Project Manager, emphasizing
issues that may impact the execution of the project. The Quality Specialist collaborates with the project management team, validating that products are compliant with contract requirements, CGI and CMS quality requirement, and CMMI standards. S/he disseminates quality analysis and reinforces the overall importance and impact of quality management to the ESD Program Manager.
