We are looking for a seasoned quality assurance specialist, specializing in documentation management and compliance reporting.  The candidate needs to have solid background in food safety and a thorough understanding of computer programs.

The duties for this role include:

·         Maintain and update food safety and quality management documents in compliance to customer, regulatory, certification agency, and internal CSM-BSNA standards

·         Comply with on-going requests from customers to provide evidence/documentation of compliance to agreed standards

·         Assure the on-going execution of a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (inbound/outbound) program to assure customers that our products meet their needs and contractual obligations

·         Manage the data systems necessary to capture, store, and analyze data and records relative to food safety and quality

·         Use data to drive decisions in the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities; leverage expertise in the application of quality diagnostic and improvement tools

·         Apply quality/statistical tools and techniques to get to the root cause and affect sustainable, cost effective improvements

·         Track and report compliance

An experienced candidate with a background in Food Safety or in a Foods environment, plus 3-5 years of data or information management experience is required.  Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in Quality data analysis and writing cogent and actionable reports based on this data.
