Talecris ensures the safety of our plasma therapeutics for people whose life depends on it. We have an opportunity for a Quality Supervisor at our Charlotte Plasma Donor Center.

 

You'll ensure plasma center compliance with all applicable state/federal/internal regulations. This involves ensuring that SOPs are updated, validated and observed, and that plasma shipments meet specifications and requirements. The accurate labeling and documentation of shipments is also one of your critical concerns, as is documentation and tracking and trending of quality incidents. You will be responsible for performing internal process reviews/audits/investigations, reporting center compliance status to senior management, and completing quality analysis reports.

 

BS degree or equivalent required. Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred, including plasma or whole blood experience. You will become certified in donor screening, phlebotomy and plasma processing within six months of employment. Organizational, communication, computer and mathematical skills are essential.
