Position Description

• Oversee several Quality Techs and serve as the go to person to resolve any quality issues 

Position Responsibilities

• This person will be responsible for implementing better solutions to assist the Quality area run more efficiently 
  
• Involved in hiring/dismissal and employee relations issues
• Required to assure quality checks are conducted in a timely fashion and to assure production is running accordingly and in timely manner
• Someone who is creative and independent would be ideal 
• Scheduling techs according to work loads as needed
• Some hands on Quality work will be involved when necessary, but this position is more management and implementing new Quality systems
  

Position Requirements

• BS degree, Science related
• Previous QA management experience
• Ability to work all shifts when called upon
• MD/DO board certified in internal medicine or family medicine is preferred. 
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
