Quality Technician

College Park Industries, Inc. is a growing manufacturer in the prosthetics industry, based in Fraser, MI.  We are currently looking to add a qualified individual to Quality Assurance team. Ideal candidates are self driven and motivated individuals with strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.  Candidates must work well with other departments and enjoy learning and taking on new responsibilities. 

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Perform multiple Quality Inspections on a daily basis

·         Report results of to Manager and others, as assigned

·         Work with operations and engineering in problems solving efforts to resolve process and product concerns.

·         Maintain inspection documentation, produce summary reports and analysis and other administrative and statistical duties as required.

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:

·         Basic Understanding of ISO QMS

·         Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience

·         Blue Print Reading

·         Basic understanding of Quality Control, statistical analysis, etc.

·         Highly effective communications skills, both verbal and written and detailed oriented

·         Willing to demonstrate established record of self direction and self motivation

·         Computer literacy and a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

·         Must be a team player and work well with others

·         Associates Degree preferred
