Quality Technician

1. Responsibility as outlined in the Quality Manual, Operational Procedures, and all
   other Instruction Manuals.
   
2. Function within the ISO/Team environment.
   
3. Conduct line checks and lab checks.
   
4. Record data on forms provided.
   
5. Complete destructive and non-destructive testing.
   
6. Complete sampling of bottle components.
   
7. Reject nonconforming items.
   
8. Ensure correct bottle, box, unit orientation.
   
9. Ensure correct scrap recovery procedures are followed.
   
10. Coordinate with other quality, production, and warehouse employee.
    
11. Maintain computer data files.
    
12. Provide required support to Production in any aspect of conformance to
    requirements.
    
13. Assist production employee in answering telephone calls when the front office is
    closed.
    
14. Observing all local and Company safety policies and procedures as well as
    housekeeping requirements.
    
15. Responsible for maintaining ISO standards.
    
16. All other duties as assigned.

5. Associates Degree or 3 years prior work experience preferred.
