Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs quality
  inspections on incoming and outgoing products. Provides reports regarding these
  inspection results.
• Tests, analyzes, reports, and follows-up on field returns
  to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• May be transferred to various assignments within
  production, dependant upon workload, at the sole discretion of the Director of
  Operations.
• Working with
  production management regarding disposition of non-conforming product using the
  NCMR system.
• Accurately
  perform QC analysis to customer specifications and prepare Quality reports.
• Perform out
  of box audits prior to product shipping. 
  Supporting manufacturing quality departments with data needed to perform
  risk analysis.
• Manages the
  Corrective Action Process .

Skills

•  Ability to read drawings, technical specifications, knowledge of
  electronics components, IPC standards, experience with ERP systems a plus.
• 
  Strong analytical, problem solving, customer orientation, and communication
  skills.
• 
  Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Access).

Education/Experience

• Associates in Electronics
• 3-5  years of QC
  experience, primarily in the electronics industry, prefer experience with RF .
