Granite Services is seeking an experienced Quality & Training Consultant to work at the GE Energy Services offices either in Marietta, GA 20039 or Schenectady, NY 12345. A successful applicant will be employed on a 12-months contract with full benefits (includes comprehensive health insurance, holidays, vacation time, PTO hours and matching 401K).
The selected individual will be responsible for working with Quality Managers to identify, develop and implement training and educational programs in support of Quality strategy. Facilitate alignment and prioritization of Quality training needs for various functional areas that impact the product or service offerings to our customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Works with Quality Managers to identify training requirements.
Ø Partners with internal and external resources to design, develop and deliver relevant educational materials and programs necessary to develop training for all aspects of Quality.
Ø Identify most effective methods of training delivery and execute accordingly.
Ø Identify and support a group of subject matter experts (SMEs) that can execute various training programs. Motivate, influence and lead SMEs to achieve common goals and objectives.
Ø Support the Quality function and line managers in the implementation of Quality Systems training through review of metrics, action planning and other consulting support.
Ø Design/Develop quality training for all aspect of Quality Management System (Document management, auditing, calibration and measurement system, root cause analysis and continuous improvement, etc)
Qualifications:
ü Bachelors Degree
ü Extensive experience with operational and organizational training programs in manufacturing
ü Experience with Quality Systems
ü Knowledge of adult learning principals
ü Experience with designing and delivering both ILT and web-based training programs
v An ideal candidate would have 15+ years of experience in Quality and training.
