Requirements/Skills: Masters Degree in Food Science

We are in the Edible Oil buisness, so any type of edible oil food processing will be helpful.  This is a rather unique role encompassing both product development and commercialization.   In this role you will work closely with Sales, Quality, Customer R&D resources, and Plant Operations. You will spend time on the plant floor during commercialization.  You will play a key role in research, testing, and new product manufacturing.  You will work with confidential information such as formulas and will be very involved in food safety, HACCP, quality systems and sanitation.   

Requirements:

Technical background-Master degree in Food Science, R&D, Food manufacturing.

Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.

Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen desirable

Excellent communication skills, ability to influence others, and gain trust

Experience working in multi functional  teams
