R&D ENGINEERING MANAGER - Water Technology

Barth International is currently seeking an R&D Engineering Manager with experience in research and development efforts for E&P produced and flow back water management.

Our client is a global leader in the Oil and Gas Field Services industry.  They are a leading industry provider of specialized services for wastewater disposal and produced-water stream management.

The R&D Engineering Manager position includes project management for preliminary research and development investigation, procurement, construction and project safety.This position will require a hands-on approach in assisting in development of the strategy as well as managing the feasibility and approval phases of the project and developing the research the R&D infrastructure required to achieve goals.

Qualification for the R&D Engineering Manager are:

• Bachelor of Science degree is required.  Post Graduate degree is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years directly involved in water treatment technologies
• Previous oilfield experience would be an asset
• Expertise in managing $1-3 million projects
• Excellent verbal and written skills
