About the Job
For a substantial private real estate development and management company, headquartered in midtown Manhattan.
In this role, you will supervise the property managers of multi-family properties in Connecticut and upstate New York. You will: oversee construction and management projects; review and approve all expenses relating to repairs and maintenance, as well as all payments due on contracts, budgets, financial controls. You must be a hands-on manager with solid background in building systems and maintenance, contracts, regulatory compliance, as well as tenant relations/leasing. Of course, weekly travel to the properties is involved. This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the principals.
