RECRUITMENT AND ON-BOARDING SPECIALIST

The Recruitment and On-boarding Specialist works closely with the Human Resources Manager/ Generalist to deliver HR products and services to management and employees. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for proactive recruitment and hiring activities; will source, identify, screen, interview, and recommend prospective candidates for employment and track clearances throughout the pre-employment process.  In addition, maintains quality data and record keeping for areas of responsibility. 

Job Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business or related field (Bachelor preferred), at least one year experience with Human Resource Associate level duties including on-boarding and recruitment activities.
