Currently, we are seeking a Region Manager for our Health Care Sales division in the Columbus, OH area.


Summary:
The Region Manager is expected to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic sales initiatives and direct tactical plans and programs to achieve business objectives for assigned markets through leadership and effective team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding, developing and retaining talent
  • Provide work direction to a regional team to support business objectives. Drive sales growth and profit objectives through others.
  • Deploy and manage resources to achieve objectives
  • Communicate the vision, mission and objectives of the business team
  • Coach by providing consistent meaningful feedback
  • Utilizing all aspects of Kimberly Clark’s Performance Management Process to consistently measure progress toward objectives, deliver business results and model global leadership qualities to enhance personal effectiveness

    Long Term Care Facilities
    Home Health Care Providers
    Distributors

    Product Responsibility:

    Medical Devices (Digestive Health and Airway Management)

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Medical Industry

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical Device experience Preferred
  • 8 years experience in the Medical Industry Preferred
  • Sales Management experience Preferred

    Other Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Open to travel
