Hello my name is Jim Guerrera.  I am a recruiter and I am working on a GREAT opportunity for a leading manufacturing organization.  We are looking for a Region Sales Director.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (Preferrably a BSME)
  • Experience as an individual contributor sales person, sales manager, and Director of Sales for technical and engineered products for industry
  • Experience working with products for the Automation Sector such as motors, drives, linear motion, mechatronics, factory automation, etc.

Scope of the Position:

  • Work out of local office
  • Report to the Vice President of Sales
  • Assume complete responsibility for driving sales through the team of Outside Sales People
  • Responsible for hiring and terminating Outside Sales People, strategic planning, business progress analysis compared to plan, leadership and motivation, etc.

  • Base Salary of 100K – 115K
