Bank of Oklahoma is seeking top talent for our retail leadership team in Tulsa, OK.  Tulsa is the flagship market for Bank of Oklahoma and home to the headquarters of BOK Financial, a $23 Billion, top 50 bank holding company.  We are looking for a seasoned retail bank leader to lead a network of approximately 15 branches in Tulsa with a deposit base over $920 Million and a $95 million loan portfolio. 

The Regional Manager - Branch Sales and Service is primarily responsible for leading, coaching and developing the Branch Managers and their teams across multiple geographies in:


  • Sales Performance, Profitability and General Ledger growth

  • Customer Experience and Service Delivery

  • Employee development and retention

  • Operational Soundness and Risk Mitigation

  • Expense Control  


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:


  • Developing high performing teams

  • Developing and executing on sales processes

  • Managing a diverse workforce across multiple locations







Qualifications


·        Extensive experience leading and managing a minimum of 10+ Branch Managers in a retail bank environment

·        Must be a strategic thinker

·        Extensive knowledge of consumer financial products and services

·        Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable consumer laws and government regulations

·        Extensive knowledge of sales management techniques and concepts

·        Involvement in the community

·        Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, sales and customer relations skills

·        Good PC application skills including word processing and spreadsheet packages

·        Outstanding ability to provide leadership and must possess good team building skills

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and 10+ years experience in a sales management/supervisory capacity in a financial institution, or equivalent experience of 16+ years. 



Preferences: Outstanding sales aptitude/self-motivated/goal oriented; 6 years experience in banking retail sales management; proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
