Estenson Logistics LLC is a rapidly growing dedicated contract Trucking Company. We are expanding our sales team and desire an enthusiastic and energetic person who would like to join a progressive and growing company as a Regional Sales Manager. Regional sales positions are available in the Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, and Baltimore, MD areas. Regional travel is required.

Reporting to V.P of Sales, Regional Sales Managers are responsible for achieving sales growth to new customers and expected to maximize marketplace new sales and current customer penetration.

Regional Sales Manger Job Responsibilities:

• Successful candidates will sell dedicated transportation and must be motivated, team minded sales professionals.
• Develop detailed sales plans that result in sales success.
• Prospect for new business opportunities on a regular basis in order to meet or exceed assigned goals.
• Develops and executes business plans.
• Prospect and identify opportunities that generate new business.
• Participate routinely in customer and prospect meetings. 
• Regularly calls on existing and potential customers.
• Ability to travel, more than 60% expected.

Job Requirements:

·         Candidates must have proven successful experience with National Accounts and extensive experience in the Dedicated Contract Services industry.

·         Bachelor's degree is preferred.

·         Minimum three years dedicated services sales.

• Must possess a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Must be highly motivated to achieve assigned targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
