Current Need

Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital collections, contract resolution, customer service and account analysis.



Experience with carrier reimbursement, cash posting, and account resolution procedures. Knowledge of insurance (HMO,PPO, Commercial, Self-Pay, Medicare, and Medicaid), third party payer, state and federal guidelines.

Ability to type 35 WPM

Strong analytical and assessment skills.

Good written and oral communication skills.

CPAR Certification preferred.
