Relocation Agent will perform assorted relocation assistance activities on behalf of the client for commercial and residential properties for right of way project. Duties include providing advisory services, calculating replacement housing payments, providing appropriate notices to displacees, taking inventories, obtaining move cost estimates and determining appropriate move costs, preparing claim packages, and ensuring relocations occur per schedule. This project’s length is anticipated for approximately 3 years and targeted start to be in February/March 2010 time frame.

Requirements:

5 years minimum experience in performing all aspects of relocation assistance functions under the federal Uniform Act and Florida Department of Transportation procedures

past experience working under Florida condemnation law;

independent thinking; strong organizational skills; reliability

strong written and oral communication skills

Required licensure:

Florida Real Estate licensure; valid driver’s license
