Position Description

REO Director


Our client in FT Lauderdale, FL is looking for an REO Director. This is a new branch office for a large Servicing Company. Looking for these qualifications:

 


  • Must know and understand the Florida market ( must have worked in FL for the last 5 years)
  • Must have Supervised/Managed at least 10-15 REO Representatives previously
  • Extremely knowledgeable in REO from Start to finish; (Servicing side and Real Estate side)
  • Managed satellite offices
  • Develop strategies to protect corporate assets including proper valuation techniques, repair strategies, and negotiation tactics.
  • Manage all staff functions including performance appraisals, salary recommendations, hires, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations The Sales Manager

Position must have these qualifications as well


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,
  • Prefer a Master Degree or another Advanced Degree
  • Minimum of 10 experience managing people
  • May do the VP and SVP duties
