GENERAL MANAGERS & MANAGERS

Fast CASUAL RESTAURANT
 

 

Join a team that offers rapid growth opportunities with its commitment to quality of life in a performance driven environment. A minimum of two years experience required in a full service/high volume food operation with profit and loss operational awareness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and training of personnel
  • Operation of an assigned location
  • Train and develop employees
  • Ensure compliance of company’s guidelines and specifications 
  • Motivate and build a strong team

Requirements:

  • HS Education
  • 2 years Management Experience
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • A desire for challenge and a talent for building high performance teams
