As a multi-unit manager, you will oversee several restaurants in a set geographical area, working to maximize sales, profits and guest satisfaction by encouraging maximum efficiency from each restaurant´s operations staff.  Duties include visiting the restaurants on a regular basis; providing coaching, counseling and development to the restaurant management team; regularly checking individual unit financials; and assisting in creating and participating in marketing and customer incentive programs
