We are currently seeking candidates to be based in the areas of Burlington, Monmouth, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties of New Jersey. You must have a positive attitude and the desire to succeed.

Specific Responsibilities:

Under your supervisor’s guidance, you will be responsible for maintaining Sika’s retail positioning in approximately 30 local Home Center locations. This position is for the areas of Burlington, Monmouth, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties of New Jersey. A strong focus will be on building relationships with individual Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Inventory Management Associates. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

● Strong interest in sales, marketing, retail or customer service.
● Retail or Sales experience helpful.
● High School Diploma a must, with some college preferred.
● Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available).
● Valid Driver’s License and Insurance.
● Good communication and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently.
● Ability to function in a team environment & interact with all levels within Sika.

$12 Per Hour, Negotiable, Based on Experience
