Responsibilities:

·         Greet every customer with enthusiasm and energy.

·         Sell merchandise that includes jewelry, tools, home and auto electronics, cameras, video equipment, musical instruments and other merchandise items.

·         Maintains exceptional customer service through 100% application of Value’s standards.

·         Properly and accurately record all sales and loan transactions.

·         Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Professional appearance and presence.

·         Excellent customer services skills that include a genuine willingness to help.

·         Must have unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.

·         Retail sales experience helpful but not required.

Benefits:

·         Salary ranges from $10 to $12 hourly depending on experience.

·         Commissions paid on personal performance in addition to hourly rate.

·         Great quality of work life; most stores close no later than 7PM daily.  Stores are CLOSED on SUNDAYS and most major holidays.
