Information About The Job:

We have a terrific opportunity to join and support our buying team as a Planner.

• Re-cap and analyze actual sales results to plan
• Forecast planning
• Develop and analyze pre-season sales and inventory plans by category and class
• Analyze historical data and current trends
• Evaluate OTB’s and make recommendations
• Evaluate trends by product category by geographical region
• Manage the in-season forecast process including performance analysis
• Perform in-season monthly review of store selling versus plan and LY
• Actively participate in thorough weekly review of the business with Merchandise and Allocation teams to monitor the business and react to risks and opportunities
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through high level analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Analyze style selling and recommend reorders and initial quantities

Requirements:

• College degree
• Above average analytical skills
• Expert level knowledge of Excel
• Ability to independently take on reporting and evaluating business
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a planner within a fashion oriented retailer
