RF Design Engineer
RF Design Engineer
Description:
Senior design engineer with extensive RF/microwave experience. Key responsibilities include performing design tasks independently and serving as a key technical contributor for the company’s solid-state power amplifier system research and development efforts.
Requirements:
* BSEE
* 5+ years of experience with RF/microwave circuit design
* Ability to perform solid-state device modeling and circuit design, especially power amplifier design
* Experience with GaN devices and circuitry is a plus
* Must possess strong knowledge of microwave subsystems, such as LNA, mixers, filters, PLLs, etc.
* Prior success in designing broadband power circuitry
* Ability to use simulation tools, including circuit simulators (AWR Microwave Office, etc.), 3D EM circuit simulators (Ansoft HFSS) and mechanical drawing tools (AutoCAD, etc.)
