| | | | Responsibilities | | Senior RF Test Engineer with project leadership experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and characterization of state-of-the-art, RF test facilities, countermeasure systems and technologies. Responsibilities include the design, development and execution of RF field tests; operation and support of custom RF test and measurement equipment; RF mapping of existing and planned test ranges. The candidate will functionally work with other team members in the selection and deployment of RF test instrumentation required to demonstrate system requirements and specifications, as well as developing the appropriate test plans, procedures and data reduction methodologies. Key job elements include problem identification resolution, and data reduction. Plans, procedures and reports of results will be generated. The candidate will be expected to coordinate with the Program office to support business development activities, as well as resource planning and allocation. | | Qualifications | | BS in EE, ME, CS, Physics (MS preferred) with 10+ years experience and expertise in analyzing or testing RF circuitry. The ideal candidate will have analytic and test experience in RF circuits and antennas in the 200 MHz to 2+ GHz range. Very strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills are required, along with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical level with minimal supervision. Use of any or all of the following RF/Microwave analysis tools is a plus: Agilent ADS, HFSS, Spice, MATLAB / SIMULINK.
