Caris HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Columbia, TN office.  Caris provides compassionate end of life care for our patients and their families.  We provide care in the home, SNF, ALF, and hospitals.  Our nurses follow the plan of care developed by the patients physician and the admitting nurse.  Previous hospice/home health/Med-Surg experience, preferred.  Thorough training provided.  Computer skills are required.

Caris is 6 years old and currently has 17 offices throughout the state.  We are the only State-wide Hospice Provider in TN.  Our missions is to be a World Class Hospice Provider by providing competent, courteous, compassion care!  Caris was awarded the 2008 Excellence Award by the Tennessee Center for  Performance Excellence!
