RN Clinic Coordinator In this role, you will manage the clinical operations, including staffing schedules, phone access to the health care team, and patient flow. You will be responsible for all of the appropriate documentation and reporting requirements, such as QA reports, performance evaluations, time sheets, and budget variance reports; ensuring the appropriate level and mix of staff to meet staffing, workload requirements, and supporting the delivery of quality patient care and services, within budgetary guidelines. Other duties include developing staffing plans; working with human resources staff to recruit and hire staff; coordinating comprehensive orientation of new staff; establishing accountabilities and performance goals and providing counseling, coaching, feedback, recognition, training, and development to staff. You will also develop and manage quality improvement initiatives for areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with HEDIS indicators and other mandated standards, as well as collaborating with physician managers and providers to coordinate day-to-day patient care, ensuring balanced provider panels within the health care team, and facilitating appointment access for members. This position is for after hours care, and will float during the week to cover clinical operations managers until our expansion is complete for after hours care. • A BSN or bachelor’s degree in health care administration, other health related field, or equivalent years of related experience
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• At least five years of current clinical experience plus two years of supervisory experience
• The ability to demonstrate clinical and managerial competence appropriate to area(s) of responsibility
• Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and standards of the nursing practice
• Demonstrated competence with financial management principles and standard software applications in a Windows environment
