We are seeking a Continuous Care Staffing Manager for our Chicago Central program. The successful candidate must be an RN with a current license in the state of IL and a minimum of two years management experience; one year staffing management preferred.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Staffing Manager job is to plan, develop, organize, and evaluate the resource program to support the work of the patient care teams.
• Assure that the resource program is able to fill shifts requested.
• Recruits, hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels and dismisses resource staff.
• Supervise the work of the staffing coordinators(s).
• Delegate specific duties to the staffing coordinators(s) to assure that they are handled effectively.
• Assure that resource staff is informed of program events, policy updates, role expectations.
• Participate in quality management and outcome measures.
• Develop education programs needed for resource staff and participate in company education programs and deliver information to resource staff.

Job Qualifications:

• RN with current license in the state in the state of IL; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years management experience.
• One year staffing management preferred.
• Organized, self-starter.
• Team player.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to handle duties of staffing coordinator in absence of one.
• Computer literate.
• Typing skills.
• Excellent communication/people skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to groups.
