IntegraCare, manager of Assisted Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a professional and caring RN or highly experience LPN to manage the resident care department at one of our premier Assisted Living Communities offering Memory Care, Newhaven Court at Lindwood.   

Duties include: provision of hands-on care, assessment of Residents’ needs, coordination of admissions & discharges, staffing and overall accountability for regulations compliance. Assuring all resident care employees are knowledgeable of Residents’ rights and assisted living practices.  

Qualifications include:   current RN license preferred, current LPN (highly experienced) accepted, 4 years experience in long-term care and significant supervisory experience.
