RN - Home Health Case ManagerMaxim's office in Reno is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to administer care in the Reno and Sparks areas. Ideal candidates should have prior Homecare, Case Management, Ventilator, Trach, and G-Tube experience. Currently, Day shift is available on a Full Time schedule. Working with the physician, our Registered Nurses (RN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN, you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.
