Join the American Red Cross life saving team in our Apheresis department located in Goshen, IN.

Lead team to maintain premier donor care, customer safety and satisfaction during the blood collectiion process. Conduct health history interviews, determine donor eligibility and provide donor care during the collection of safe blood units. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive, professional image of the American Red Cross Biomedical Services. Work independently with attention to detail and maintain full knowledge of all aspects of the daily collection operation.
