Affinity Home Health Care in Pasadena has immediate opening for LVN FIELD, RN FIELD, and LVN Case Manager (Office Position). Medical insurance (PPO), 401K, paid sick leave after 1 year of service. Must be computer literate, self motivated, able to communicate in a professional manner with physicians, families and patients. Mileage reimbursement for field staff.  LVN Case Manager must have attention to detail when dealing with quality assurance issues.  Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
