RN - LVN - Pediatric Homecare Nurses Needed! Southlake, TXMaxim Healthcare Services office located in Grapevine, TX is seeking caring RNs and LVNs to provide Pediatric Homecare Services for patients in the Southlake, Denton, Ft. Worth, Flower Mound and Keller, TX areas. Currently we have the following shifts available on a Full Time or Part Time schedule: - A 10 year old girl. This patient is Ventilator dependent and lives in Northeast Fort Worth. Day (8a-8p) shifts are available Tuesday, Saturday and every other Sunday. Night (8p-8a) shifts are available on Friday and Saturday. - A 6 month old Ventilator dependent boy in Flower Mound, TX. We have Night (7p-7a) shifts available. - A 5 year old G-Tube dependent girl. This patient is located in Flower Mound, TX. Evening (3p-9a) shifts are available seven days per week and Day (10a-3p) shifts are available on Saturday and Sunday. - An 11 year old G-Tube dependent boy who resides in Southlake, TX. We have Night shifts available Saturday through Tuesday. - An 11 year old G-Tube dependent girl. She is located in Keller. Day (7a-3p or 8a-4p) shifts are available on a Saturday. - A baby boy who is Ventilator dependent and located in Denton, TX. Day/Evening (7a-7p) shifts are available Monday and Tuesday as well as Overnight (7p-7a) shifts are available on Saturday and Sunday. Six months of prior Pediatric Care experience is required for all of our open positions. Previous Ventilator, Trach and/or G-Tube Care is preferred depending on what case you are most interested in working with. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work within our clients' homes providing direct patient care. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN / LVN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.
