We are currently recruiting for the following positions at our skilled nursing facility we own and operate in PIGEON FORGE, TN:

- Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN required) - Minimum qualifications:  Must have current RN nursing license in TN, 2-3 years experience in geriatrics/long term care management, ability to teach, train the nursing team and deliver hands on care to our residents, ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, excellent communication and organizational skills a must and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Rotating participation in taking on-call required.

- Restorative Nurse Manager - RN required and previous restorative experience preferred

- MDS Coordinator - previous experience in MDS in a skilled nursing facility / LTC required

- Wound Care / Treatment Nurse
