Reliant Care Rehabilitative Services, L.L.C.  is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with extensive Medicare training/knowledge to join our team.  This position will be responsible for the reviewing of Medicare Part A/B documentation during scheduled facility visits and reporting findings to RCRS Management personnel. In addition, duties will include examining MDS Assessments to ensure accuracy of submissions and  providing staff education to increase Medicare documentation compliance.  Our ideal candidate will be an RN, proficient with MDS assessments, have extensive familiarity of the SNF setting, have management experience, and have sufficient knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations to serve as a facility resource during absence of Management personnel.  Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are critical. 

This position will require traveling to various SNF''s within a 2 hour radius of Columbia, Mo. on a scheduled rotation.  Rotation to include 4 travel days and 1 day in our Columbia office (located in the Village of Cherry Hill).  Company vehicle and travel expenses to be provided.
