As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice, you will:
- Have clinical oversight of our patient care including completion of admissions, conducting supervisory visits, coordinating with physicians, developing of care plans, conducting or delegating the assessment and reassessment of patients, including updating care plans and interpreting patient needs.
- Participate in the interviewing, selection and orientation of new clinical team members. Manage, coach and mentor clinical associates.
- Be responsible for quality, accuracy and timeliness of documentation of field staff
- Ensure that the Plan of Care is properly administered
- Coordinate communication between team members and attending physicians to ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning. Ensure compliance with third party requirements through review of documentation and care coordination activities.
- Assist in the inservice training, and evaluation of qualified personnel for all disciplines involved in patient care services.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferably in a homecare setting
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience
- Proven track record of clinical management, education and management of healthcare staff
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Current RN license
