Two hospitals need an RN case manager based currently in ACUTE CARE, or MANAGED CARE -
The ideal person will be currently at a supervising, director, or manager level of case management. 
 
The ideal RN must be a "systems thinker", coming up with solid strategies to integrate and manage care between two separate hospitals. There will be 40 fte's between the two hospitals answering to this individual ~ its a challenging position.
 
They call it Integrated Care Manager - forming an enterprize covering approx 900 beds. MIDAS computer program experience is a real key I am told.
This person must have budgeting exp. Must have current manager/director experience.
Money based on experience - lt's hard to say in this ad what it'll be "based on experience" - but I think low six figures midrange is not stretching it.
 
Conveniently located approximately 7-10 miles east of Philadelphia, 80 miles north of Washington DC and 90 miles south of New York City.
