This top of the line facility is seeking a Registered Nurse NICU Manager with at least 3 years clinical experience and 2 years plus of NICU/Nursery experience.  This position is responsible for managing all day to day activities of the NICU and supporting the associates who are providing care.  In collaboration with the Director, the Nurse Manager is responsible for leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental philosophy and goals.  This position will assist the Director and Education Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Specialist in maintaining the highest degree of clinical and operational performance of the NICU.
