We are a full-service, non-profit hospital with approximately 250 beds in suburban Detroit. We currently are looking for two nurse managers to provide guidance and leadership to our clinical services team:
Nurse Manager-Telemetry/Stepdown
Nurse manager needed for 25-bed telemetry/stepdown unit with over 50 FTEs and 40,000 visits/year. Nurse manager has 24/7 responsibility for the operations of this unit and will oversee scheduling, staffing, delegation, budgeting, personnel issues, etc. This unit also has an assistant nurse manager to provide support.
Nurse Manager-Emergency Services
Nurse manager needed for 26-bed emergency services unit with 6 hall beds. Manager oversees approximately 50 FTEs and 40,000 visits/year. Nurse manager has 24/7 responsibility for the operations of this unit and will oversee scheduling, staffing, delegation, budgeting, personnel issues, etc. This unit also has an assistant nurse manager to provide support.
Requirements All applicants should be RNs with at least 2-5 years of management experience in telemetry/stepdown or emergency services. BSN required, MSN preferred. MI nursing license.
