$10,000 Sign-on Bonus! Bayada Nurses, Home Health Specialists, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Manager in our Quincy, Massachusetts office. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising services provided to clients in the home. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities include: processing incoming referrals, management and mentoring of field staff, coding care plans, reviewing clinical documentation, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management. This is a full-time, office based position. The Clinical Manager position is a wonderful growth opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with recent clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency. As Clinical Manager you will receive on-going, one-to-one clinical mentoring and support from representatives of Bayada Nurses' corporate Nursing office, and will be on a career path to become a clinical leader. You will be an integral part of a compassionate, professional team that is instrumental in the quality of care provided to our clients. Requirements: A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. 3-5 years nursing experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Care agency. In depth knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation for homecare. Understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-9 coding.
