RN-Nurse Supervisor
About the Job
Family Medicine Clinic in expansion is looking for a Full Time R.N with experience in Primary Care.
“We provide preventive and curative medical services to all ages and generations complemented by prompt and courteous service.”
The ideal candidate should have a B.S in Nursing and at least 3 years of experience in a primary care office setting.
Candidates must:
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Possess a strong focus on attention to detail
• Have strong organizational skills to effectively manage concurrent projects and multiple tasks.
• Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Have strong problem solving skills with the ability to independently seek alternatives and solutions.
• Also be able to quickly learn new software (EMR- eclinicalworks).
We offer a very relaxing working atmosphere. We are also looking for a Better Than Average Nurse. Attitude is the main characteristic we are looking for.
Responsibilities – The Nursing Supervisor primary role is to assist the clinic providers (Doctors and Mid-Level providers) and Practice Manager in the day to day operations.
Primary duties include:
• Coordination of Prescriptions Refills under pre-established protocols
• Coordination and Management of Lab Results
• Periodic Chart Audits
• Management of CLIA waived lab (on site)
• Coordination of OSHA requirements
• Patient Flow
• Staff Coordination
• Staff Training
