About the Job
United Home Care of Newnan, a UHS-Pruitt Company, has a great opportunity for a RN with home health care experience for the role of Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator manages a group of nursing and therapy staff. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Good communication skills a must.
