We are a multi-state provider of hospice services seeking an experienced Clinical RN Manager to assist in its Davenport, IA branch.

. 

Qualified candidates will have:

• 5+ years of progressive clinical management in the hospice industry
  
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
  
• Current RN license
  
• Current CPR certification
  
• Knowledgeable in Medicare regulations
  
• Excellent and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Ability to manage time efficiently
  
• Superior organization strategies

We currently provide operational, clinical, regulatory, and marketing support for our Medicare certified hospice agencies extending to 5 states: Nevada, Arizona, California, Illinois and Iowa. This position will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for direct supervision of the clinical staff.
