Job Description:             Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Director of Nursing (DON), the RN Practice Director is responsible for the work flow, performance, efficient and effective safe management of the Practice; to include its finances and ensures the well-being of patients, providers and staff. The RN Practice Director is responsible for the supervision of the practice as it relates to all departments.

This hands-on position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the Health Center to include all clinical functions to enhance patient experience.  It is expected that the RN Practice Director demonstrates behavior consistent with the core values and support the Health Center’s strategic plan.
