HOSPICE RN REGIONAL MANAGER
This position will manage the clinical team that covers Central and the South Shore of MA
Job Description:
Responsible member of the clinical team, reporting to the State Administrator, for the implementation, delivery, coordination and supervision of hospice services delivered consistent with Care Alternatives policies and procedures. Supervising members of clinical team (RNs, LPNs, SWs, Chaplains, Aides.) Provide leadership and counsel to clinical personnel to enhance staff development. Identify need for staff education and needs. Arrange team coverage for on-call and staff time off with the assistance of the recruitment and staffing departments. Participate and provide leadership in the team for regular IDT meetings.
Requirements
Active RN license in Massachusetts. A minimum of 3 years nursing experience A minimum of 2 years field supervisory or management experience Hospice and/or Home Health experience preferred. EEO/AA/M/F/D/V
