Responsibilities
The Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately and for supervising clinical personnel.
- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services by clinical Agency personnel.
- Participates in establishing department philosophy, goals and objectives, standards, policies and procedures; interprets these to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in VA.
- 2-3 years of recent Home Helath experience.
- Management or supervisory experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Up-to-date certifications per state requirements.
- Knowledge of philosophy, principles and practices of public health and its application to home health nursing.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.

Greenspring is located on 108 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds where our home health staff enjoy the leisure of walking through a beautifully appointed community instead of driving door to door. We provide housing and integrated healthcare to over 2000 residents, age 62 and better who enjoy an active lifestyle. As the Home Health Clinical Manager, you will lead the delivery of home health services and regulatory compliance within our community.
Responsibilities include growing the program and maintaining referral relationships
Current clinical, regulatory and OASIS-C competency, computer knowledge (for example), leadership and team building skills
Required.
No travel required as care is given to the patients primarily in their own apartments
Must have current RN license
